Brazilian electricity company Ampla Energia e Servicos SA will pay a total of 114.34 million Brazilian reals ($64.5 million) in dividends, it said in a statement. The company said the total amount represents a payment of BRL0.03 per lot of 1,000 common share.
It will be paid on Monday and will be based on shareholders’ positions as of April 30.
Ampla Energia is a subsidiary of Spanish energy company Endesa SA and operates across Rio de Janeiro state.
