Brazil 2011 Supermarket Sales Rise Just 3.7% -Trade Group

SAO PAULO (Dow Jones)–Brazilian supermarket sales rose by a disappointing 3.7% in real terms last year as Brazil's economy turned sluggish, and 2012 is likely to show similar growth, the Brazilian Supermarket Association, known as Abras, said Tuesday.
